Ingredients in Relaxium Sleep
L-tryptophan
L-tryptophan is an ingredient in Relaxium and is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce on its own. It must be obtained through diet or through supplements. L-tryptophan plays a role in the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that is involved in mood, appetite, and sleep.
